1. Free Consultation
We begin with a free in-home or online consultation to get to know your child and understand their individual needs. During this consultation, we discuss their current grades, areas of difficulty, learning gaps, academic goals, and personal interests. This helps us build a clear picture of the support they need and ensures we make the best possible tutor match for their learning style and personality.
2. Tutor Match
Once we have a clear understanding of your child’s needs, we carefully select a tutor who is the best fit for them academically and personally. We consider the subject area, year level, learning style, personality, goals, and any specific challenges identified during the consultation. Our aim is to create a strong tutor-student match that encourages comfort, trust, engagement, and long-term progress.
3. First Session
Once the tutor match has been confirmed, we arrange sessions at a time and format that works best for your family. Whether lessons take place in-home or online, we make the process simple and convenient. We also establish a clear plan for the sessions based on your child’s needs, goals, and learning priorities, so they can begin with confidence and start making progress from the very first lesson.
